Service Description
This basket has everything you need – we'll pick up and deliver your laundry, wash, dry, and fold it, so it’s ready to go straight into your closet when you get it back! Each booking includes a booking fee of $10 which is paid here upfront on the Laundaboo website. We offer two convenient collection times – one in the morning and one in the evening. Morning pickups will be delivered the same day, while evening pickups will arrive the next morning. Here’s the breakdown: - 06:30 AM: Collection between 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM 04:00 PM: Collection between 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM A quick note: The $5.50/kg rate is available for loads over 10 kg. Laundry under 10 kg comes with a flat fee of $60. Please book this separately under the "Small Basket" option.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible, or at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. If you have an account on our website, you can easily cancel or reschedule by logging in. Please note that any cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled collection time will incur a late cancellation fee of $10. You can find the full terms and condition on our page.
